Abstract

Cette brochure présente une synthèse des enseignements du cours de formation à distance «Protection et promotion sociales » proposé par la Commission Économique pour l'Amérique latine et des Caraïbes (CEPALC) et réalisé au sein de son Institut latinoaméricain et les Caraïbes de planification économique et sociale (ILPES). Cette formation en ligne qui porte sur des questions de protection et de promotion sociales -abordées dans une perspective régionale centrée dans le contexte de l'adoption de la Politique nationale de protection et promotion sociales (PNPPS, 2020) en Haïti, afin de consolider les connaissances des fonctionnaires du Ministère des Affaires Sociales et du Travail et d'autres institutions aux défis de la mise en oeuvre de politiques sociales efficaces, durables, résilientes et de qualité.
