Estrategia de transformación digital: Chile Digital 2035

Abstract

La Comisión de Transportes y Telecomunicaciones del Senado de Chile, con el apoyo técnico de la Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe (CEPAL), la Asociación Chilena de Telecomunicaciones (ChileTelcos) y la Cámara Chilena de Infraestructura Digital (IDICAM), ha impulsado la elaboración de una propuesta de estrategia de transformación digital para Chile con un horizonte de largo plazo. La iniciativa se ha desarrollado en el contexto de un proceso participativo que ha convocado a actores relevantes del ecosistema digital: representantes del sector público, el mundo empresarial, el sector académico y la sociedad civil. A lo largo de este proceso se ha buscado elaborar un diagnóstico consensuado, que sirva de base para la definición de lineamientos estratégicos que contribuyan a enfrentar los desafíos y aprovechar las oportunidades resultantes de los procesos de transformación digital. Este documento es el resultado del ese proceso y recoge las experiencias, perspectivas y necesidades definidas por los actores y organizaciones participantes. En él se presenta una propuesta de acciones, objetivos y metas orientados a un desarrollo digital inclusivo, productivo y sostenible.
