Abstract

El proyecto RIDASICC tiene como objetivo contribuir a la integración de la reducción de riesgos de desastres (RRD) y la adaptación sostenible e incluyente al cambio climático (ASICC) en los proyectos de inversión pública, conservando y mejorando los servicios que brindan a la población de los países miembros del COSEFIN/SICA. La iniciativa es coordinada por la Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe (CEPAL) y la Secretaría Ejecutiva del Consejo de Ministros de Hacienda o Finanzas de Centroamérica, Panamá y la República Dominicana (COSEFIN), con la estrecha participación de los siete Ministerios de Hacienda o Finanzas y tres Ministerios o Secretarías de Planificación responsables de los Sistemas Nacionales de Inversión Pública (SNIP) de dichos países y otras instituciones socias nacionales y regionales del SICA, contando con el apoyo financiero de la Agencia Suiza para el Desarrollo y la Cooperación (COSUDE).
