Formación para el trabajo: desarrollo de una herramienta de aprendizaje automatizado para la recomendación de planes formativos en Chile

Abstract

La formación y capacitación alineada con las necesidades del mercado laboral es indispensable para mejorar la productividad y contribuir al desarrollo económico y social. El objetivo de este documento es presentar los principales resultados obtenidos a partir del desarrollo de una herramienta de relacionamiento entre perfiles ocupacionales de la Comisión del Sistema Nacional de Certificación de Competencias Laborales (ChileValora) y planes formativos del Servicio Nacional de Capacitación y Empleo (SENCE) de Chile, utilizando herramientas de procesamiento de lenguaje natural. Esta metodología podría ayudar a los servicios de intermediación laboral a identificar oportunidades de capacitación pertinentes para cada ocupación mediante el análisis de grandes volúmenes de información.
