Abstract

Ce document présente l’estimation du coût de trois mécanismes proposés dans le document de Politique Nationale de Protection et Promotion Sociales (PNPPS) en Haïti, promulguée le 12 juin 2020 : l’exemption de paiement des services essentiels de santé, les programmes de graduation et des cantines scolaires. Le premier exercice de chiffrage effectué par la CEPALC en 2020 concernait onze mécanismes de transferts monétaires ; ce deuxième exercice concerne trois mécanismes de transferts non monétaires. Ces deux exercices ont pour objectif d’appuyer à la priorisation des mécanismes retenus, leur exécution dans le cadre des plans d’action national et départementaux pour une mise en place effective de la PNPPS en Haïti.
