Abstract

Esta presentación se centrará en el vínculo entre la autonomía económica de las mujeres y la actual y hegemónica división sexual del trabajo en la región. El análisis enfatiza la importancia del uso del tiempo y la responsabilidad de los cuidados y plantea algunas propuestas de política pública, entendiendo el cuidado como una de las áreas a intervenir a la hora de considerar los mecanismos para la inclusión plena de las mujeres en América Latina y el Caribe.
