Abstract

La presente reflexión se realizará en torno a los desafíos de las políticas interculturales y sociedades pluriétnicas en América Latina, desde el ámbito de la educación, con base en el documento que ha sido recientemente publicado por la CEPAL y UNICEF, Educación intercultural bilingüe y enfoque de interculturalidad en los sistemas educativos latinoamericanos: avances y desafíos (Corbetta y otros, 2018). El análisis que aquí se desarrollará, se referirá fundamentalmente al derecho a la educación de los pueblos indígenas y afrodescendientes. Sin embargo, también es válido en relación con los derechos a la salud, a la justicia, a la economía, o a sus propios sistemas de vida y lenguas.
