Ventanilla única y comercio sin papel para la internacionalización de las pequeñas y medianas empresas (pymes) en la República de Corea

Abstract

La plataforma nacional de comercio sin papel uTradeHub de la República de Corea es un ejemplo de ventanilla única de comercio exterior que facilita el proceso de internacionalización de las pequeñas y medianas empresas (pymes). Ofrece trámites relacionados con el comercio exterior tales como servicios financieros y logísticos y de seguros, y las pymes representan más del 99% de sus usuarios. El caso de uTradeHub muestra cómo se puede incentivar el uso de las ventanillas únicas de comercio exterior por parte de las pymes, al disponer del diseño e implementación de servicios útiles para estas empresas, una interfaz fácil de utilizar, un marco institucional apropiado, un mecanismo financiero para mejoras continuas y un programa de capacitación para los usuarios.
