Abstract

Este trabajo propone cambios e inversiones en el sector de la movilidad urbana en América Latina y el Caribe, basado en el análisis de las condiciones actuales, de las experiencias positivas que han ocurrido en la región y de experiencias adicionales que han tenido éxito en otros países. El objetivo final es apoyar el desarrollo de una movilidad urbana sostenible, como parte de la construcción de ciudades sostenibles, y, finalmente, contribuir hacia el avance de un gran impulso ambiental orientado a un nuevo estilo de desarrollo.
