Finances publiques et budget: Renforcement institutionnel de la Direction Générale du Budget (DGB) et modernisation de la gestion budgétaire en Haïti

Abstract

Le présent document a été élaboré dans le cadre de l’accord de coopération signé entre la Commission Économique pour l’Amérique latine et les Caraïbes (CEPALC) et le Ministère de l’Économie et des Finances de la République d’Haïti (MEF). Cet accord de coopération a pour objet le « Renforcement Institutionnel de la Direction Générale du Budget (DGB) du Ministère de l’Économie et des Finances d’Haïti (MEF) ». Le protocole d’accord prévoyait initialement une durée de 12 mois, comptant avec une prorogation de 6 mois à travers un addendum afin d'incorporer un produit supplémentaire sollicité par le MEF. Ainsi, les activités du projet se sont étendues à juin 2019.
