Abstract

El principal objetivo de este estudio es describir los criterios utilizados en la economía del cambio climático para ordenar y/o clasificar las políticas públicas, atendiendo a diversos criterios de eficiencia e incertidumbre o potenciales efectos sobre otras variables económicas, sociales o ambientales y presentar un software que determina, a través de métodos de multi-criterio, el ordenamiento jerárquico de diversas políticas públicas referidas a la adaptación y mitigación del cambio climático.
