El cambio tecnológico y el nuevo contexto del empleo: tendencias generales y en América Latina

Abstract

El presente documento aborda de manera sucinta los impactos del actual cambio tecnológico en el empleo y el mercado laboral, en general, y en América Latina, en particular. En base a una literatura amplia este estudio aborda los desarrollos y tendencias generales en el mundo laboral en cuanto a cambios en el empleo del nivel micro y en el mercado laboral del nivel macro. La segunda parte refleja las tendencias generales al contexto latinoamericano y señala algunos desafíos para la región.
