Abstract

El objetivo del presente documento es analizar cómo los principales actores (el Estado, la sociedad civil y la cooperación internacional) han encarado el problema de la violencia que afecta a la juventud centroamericana desde un enfoque preventivo. Asumiendo que existen múltiples factores de riesgo que intervienen en las dinámicas de las violencias que afectan a la juventud, se analiza cómo estos actores han promovido (aunque no siempre de manera explícita) factores de protección que contribuyan a prevenir el aumento de esta variedad de violencias.
