Abstract

El documento representa el esfuerzo conjunto de la Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe (CEPAL) y la Alianza Territorial Mapuche (ATM) destinado a trazar un panorama sociodemográfico y socioambiental de la población mapuche de la comuna de Ercilla. Constituye asimismo un aporte metodológico al seguimiento de los derechos de los pueblos indígenas consagrados en los instrumentos internacionales y ratificados por el Estado de Chile.
