Control de precios de transferencia en la industria de agua potable y alcantarillado

Abstract

El objetivo de este informe es sistematizar e identificar: i) los problemas típicos que se presentan en compras y contrataciones entre empresas reguladas y sus relacionadas a través del mismo grupo empresarial, con énfasis en el sector de agua potable y alcantarillado; y, ii) el estado del arte en herramientas y medidas regulatorias para enfrentar esta problemática. Además, el estudio analiza el marco regulatorio chileno desde el punto de vista de su suficiencia para lidiar con los problemas identificados y propone estrategias de su perfeccionamiento
