Abstract

В българския вариант на реформата се очертава разделна диспозиция на частите му. Вече втора година се изпълнява стабилизационна програма, в която все още не е вградена структурна реформа и приватизация. Критична точка достигат мерките вътре в структурната област. Вариантът на съчетание между физическа реституция, отсъствуваща малка приватизация и липса на всякакви разновидности на капиталов пазар е изцяло дебалансиран. Макар че хоризонтът на тези мерки е средносрочен, още отсега е ясно, че източници за укрепване и динамизиране на структурната реформа няма да бъдат извлечени. Реална е опасността процесът да бъде ерозиран.
