Abstract

Докладът изследва основните финансови потоци между нефинансовите предприятия извън бюджетния сектор и други сектори на българската икономика - по-конкретно финансовия сектор и държавния бюджет и финансовите потоци в самия реален сектор през периода на кризата 1996-1997 г. Разгледан е въпросът дали реалният сектор на икономиката е функционирал при меки бюджетни ограничения през този период. Прави се оценка и на приноса на реалния сектор за влошаването на кризата от 1996 г.
