Паричната Политика През 1992 Г.: Инструменти И Резултати

Abstract

В настоящата разработка се прави анализ на паричната политика, провеждана в България след 1991 г. и по специално през 1992 г. Описани са най-често използваните от централната банка инструменти за регулиране на ликвидността в икономиката, както и ефектите от тяхното прилагане. Резултатите до голяма степен се разминават с очакванията поради възможностите за заобикаляне на наложените рестрикции. Идентифицирано е задълбочаващо се несъответствие между структурата на паричните и реални потоци в икономиката, което води до нарастване на инфлационния натиск, влошаване на качеството на кредитните портфейли и спад на икономическия растеж.
