Abstract

La plupart des études sur les dépenses liées aux systèmes de soins de santé se concentrent davantage sur lesdépenses liées aux soins que sur celles liées aux frais de gestion. Etant donné que ces derniers peuvent représenterune part significative des dépenses, ce policy brief analyse les dépenses liées au frais de gestion dans des différentspays sur la base de la littérature existante. Cette analyse se compose de deux parties :un outil de comparabilitéentre les pays d’une part et les résultats des différentes études d’autre part. Nous concentrons également une étudeeffectuée au Luxembourg par le ministère de la sécurité sociale et une faite en France par la DREES.
