O Potencial da Integração entre Pequenas e Grandes Empresas como Instrumento Eficaz de Desenvolvimento do Nordeste

Abstract

A integração entre pequenas e grandes empresas pode ter um papel importante no fomento ao desenvolvimento do Nordeste. Há uma série de benefícios sociais decorrentes dessas integrações, que no Nordeste podem ser particularmente importantes por causa da existência de uma dualidade elevada na economia da região. Essas integrações podem assumir várias formas. Nelas empresas modernas, muitas vezes de grande porte, podem contribuir para o desenvolvimento de pequenas empresas com tecnologias mais arcaicas, se houver políticas adequadas de promoção da integração. Nesse trabalho, busca-se apresentar um pouco os mecanismos econômicos que levam a essas interações, os ganhos advindos delas, assim como suas possíveis formas, e os benefícios em particular que podem ser muito importantes no Nordeste.
