Abstract

El artículo entrega un diagnóstico respecto a la calidad de la educación en Chile y a la vez da a conocer una serie de propuestas para mejorar la calidad de ésta, orientado a buscar soluciones prácticas a los problemas detectados y a proponer soluciones concretas para paliar esta realidad, refiriéndose principalmente a temas como la gestión dentro de las escuelas, y a la necesidad de contar con incentivos para mejorar el rendimiento y asignar eficientemente los recursos
