DIW Managerinnenbarometer: Methodenbericht und Codebuch zu den Wellen 2015-2025

Abstract

Das DIW Berlin untersucht jährlich die Repräsentation von Frauen in Vorständen und Geschäftsführungen sowie in Aufsichts- und Verwaltungsräten der größten Unternehmen in Deutschland. Die Ergebnisse werden in Form des DIW Managerinnenbarometers veröffentlicht. Dieses erfasst mittlerweile insgesamt mehr als 500 Unternehmen in verschiedenen Kategorien, darunter die – gemessen an ihrem Umsatz – 200 größten Unternehmen außerhalb des Finanzsektors, die DAX-30-, MDAX-, SDAX- und TecDAX-Unternehmen sowie 60 Beteiligungsunternehmen des Bundes. Erhoben werden zudem die Frauenanteile in den Spitzengremien der – gemessen an ihrer Bilanzsumme – 100 größten Banken in Deutschland sowie die – gemessen an ihren Beitragseinnahmen – rund 60 größten Versicherungen. Zudem wertet das DIW Berlin separat die Gruppe jener gut 100 Unternehmen aus, für die seit 2016 die verbindliche Geschlechterquote für den Aufsichtsrat gilt.
