Abstract

(VF) L’objet de cet article est d’étudier la perspective de contingence des rôles du conseil d’administration. Cette perspective est appréhendée au travers de trois études de cas qui permettent d’illustrer les cadres conceptuels en les confrontant à l’histoire de trois entreprises. (VA)Our study analyses the contingency perspective of the role of the board of directors. Contingency perspective is presented through three French firms that better illustrate theoretical perspectives.
