Abstract

Este documento es la síntesis del estudio “Estructuración de un Sistema Público de Bicicletas para Lima (Distritos de Miraflores, San Borja y San Isidro)”, financiado por CAF, el cual define la inserción de un sistema de transporte interdistrital con bicicletas de préstamo en estos distritos de la ciudad considerando los distintos elementos que intervienen en la planeación y operación del sistema y que han sido presentados inicialmente en la Guía práctica para implementación de sistemas públicos de bicicletas para América Latina publicada por CAF en el 2015. Los Sistemas Públicos de Bicicletas -SPB- cuentan con una gran expansión global, con una diversidad de equipos y diferentes alternativas tecnológicas.
