Abstract

Der "immobilienwirtschaftliche Bauchladen" gehört der Vergangenheit an – Zukunftsorientierte Unternehmen professionalisieren sich auf der Basis von Fokus und Spezialisierung. Angebot und Nachfrage werden dadurch vielschichtiger und komplexer. Mit einer professionellen Führung, befähigten Managern und einer bewusst gestalteten Unternehmenskultur können enorme Potenziale freigesetzt werden. Wie das gelingt, damit beschäftigt sich der folgende Beitrag "Performen – das geht nur mit klaren Zielen und dem richtigen Management" von Dr. Annette Kämpf-Dern.
