CREM 2010: Welche Rolle spielt der Nutzer?

Abstract

In den letzten Jahren hat sich das Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) in Deutschland sukzessive weiterentwickelt. Wichtige Triebfeder dieser Entwicklung war der Shareholder Value. Dabei sind nutzerorientierte Überlegungen, zumindest in der öffentlichen Diskussion, in den Hintergrund getreten. Aus betriebswirtschaftlicher Sicht handelt es sich beim Betrieblichen Immobilienmanagement nämlich auch um eine unterstützende Servicefunktion, die unternehmensinterne Dienstleistungen erbringt. Es ist deshalb interessant zu erfahren, ob der Nutzer im Corporate Real Estate Management in den letzten Jahren an Bedeutung verloren hat, oder ob nur die öffentliche Debatte einen Bogen um die Rolle des Nutzers gemacht hat. Aus diesem Grund hat unser Lehrstuhl in Kooperation mit der Strabag PFS ein breit angelegtes Forschungsprojekt aufgelegt, zu der auch eine empirische Unternehmensbefragung gehört, die ein vollständiges Branchenbild abbilden soll. Die telefonischen Befragungen wurden durch das Marktforschungsunternehmen factx aus Köln vorgenommen und fanden im Zeitraum Mitte bis Ende März statt. Der Ergebnisbericht ist im Mai fertig gestellt worden. Den Teilnehmern ist der Ergebnisbericht als Dankeschön für die Teilnahme digital zugesandt worden. Diese digitale Version des Berichtes steht allen Interessierten nun auch als Arbeitspapier zum Download zur Verfügung. Fragen zum Projekt richten Sie bitte an Frau Sonja Weiland.
