Status quo der Kernkompetenzen und Outsourcing-Aktivitäten in der deutschen Wohnungswirtschaft

Abstract

Die Wohnungswirtschaft befindet sich im Wandel. Die gesellschaftlichen Entwicklungen in demografischer und kultureller Hinsicht erfordern im Zusammentreffen der Kürzung staatlicher Unterstützungen die (weitere) Professionalisierung der Wohnungswirtschaft. Der steigende Marktdruck erfordert dynamische Anpassungen von allen Marktteilnehmern, so auch der Wohnungswirtschaft. Die in Kooperation mit Kienbaum Management Consultants und der KALO Unternehmensgruppe initiierte Studie befasst sich vor dem Hintergrund dieser Entwicklungen mit den Kernkompetenzen und Outsourcing-Aktivitäten in der deutschen Wohnungswirtschaft. Mit Hilfe der vorliegenden Studie auf der Basis von 102 strukturierten Befragungen wurde das Ziel verfolgt, den Status quo der Ausprägungen von Kernkompetenzen und „Outsourcing-Aktivitäten“ in der deutschen Wohnungswirtschaft zu ermitteln. Dazu wurden die Themengebiete Herausforderungen der Wohnungswirtschaft, Kernkompetenzen und Kooperationen resp. „Outsourcing-Aktivitäten“ behandelt.
