(Management Summary, Auszug) Vor dem Hintergrund der gegenwärtig aktuellen finanzwirtschaftlichen und unternehmensstrategischen Herausforderungen werden in der vorliegenden Studie der status quo des betrieblichen Immobilienmanagements festgestellt und Entwicklungstendenzen aufgezeigt. Die Inhalte sind maßgeblich geleitet von der Vorstellung, daß finanzwirtschaftliche Zielsetzungen im betrieblichen Immobilienmanagement bislang in deutschen Unternehmen im Gegensatz zur angelsächsischen Praxis vernachlässigt werden.
