Planung im Spannungsfeld zwischen Informationsdynamik und zeitlichen Interdependenzen

Unternehmen und ihre Teilsysteme unterliegen dynamischen Veränderungen der Umwelt und ihrer eigenen Handlungsmöglichkeiten in einem zeitlich offenen Entscheidungsfeld. Diese Dynamik ist bei der Planung, d.h. der Lösung betrieblicher Entscheidungsprobleme, geeignet zu berücksichtigen. Dabei bestehen Hauptschwierigkeiten in der Erfassung und Einbeziehung zeitlicher Interdependenzen und der Unsicherheit der Informationen. Der vorliegende Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit der zeitlichen Dimension der Planung sowie entsprechenden Planungskonzepten, die ausführlich diskutiert und ausgestaltet werden. Die theoretischen Ausführungen werden in einer begleitenden Fallstudie an einem Beispiel aus der Beschaffungslogistik verdeutlicht (vgl. Scholl/Häselbarth, 2003).
