2. Multiprojektmanagement-Studie in der öffentlichen Verwaltung. Ergebnisse der Untersuchung der Projektmanagement-Kompetenz im öffentlichen Sektor

Abstract

Die zweite Erhebungswelle der MPM-Studie im öffentlichen Sektor basiert auf der Befragung von 73 Organisationen der öffentlichen Verwaltung und liefert ein aktuelles Benchmarking der Multiprojektmanagement-Fähigkeiten. Multiprojektmanagement (MPM) wird als das ganzheitliche Management einer Projektlandschaft verstanden. Die Einordnung der teilnehmenden Organisationen in Top- und Low-Performer erfolgt anhand des Multiprojektmanagement Performance Index (MPI), der MPM-Qualität, Projektportfolioerfolg und Organisationserfolg integriert. Die Ergebnisse bestätigen: Eine hohe Reaktionsfähigkeit auf veränderte Rahmenbedingungen ist die wichtigste Fähigkeit erfolgreicher Projektportfolios. Gleichzeitig zeigen sich etablierte Erfolgsfaktoren des Multiprojektmanagements auch in der zweiten Erhebung als hochrelevant. Darüber hinaus integrieren Top Performer Digitalisierung, Künstliche Intelligenz und Nachhaltigkeit stärker in ihre strategischen Prioritäten.
