Abstract

Kommunale Wohnungsunternehmen stehen vor der Herausforderung, gleichzeitig drei wesentliche Ziele voranzutreiben: 1. Schaffung von bezahlbarem Wohnraum, 2. ökologische Herstellung und Nutzung der Gebäude und 3. Erfüllung einer Mindestwirtschaftlichkeit. Da diese Ziele sich gegenseitig beeinflussen, sind sie schwer in Einklang zu bringen. Helfen kann eine neuartige, ganzheitliche Gebäude-Energiesystemplanung von Quartieren, die mit einem Simulations- und Bewertungswerkzeug komponentenbezogenes Wissen transparent und strukturiert zu einer klimafreundlichen und bezahlbaren Gesamtlösung bündelt. Da bauliche und energetische Konzepte umfassend beleuchtet und evaluiert werden, ist auch eine Entscheidungsgrundlage bei Interessenkonflikten gegeben.
