Abstract

Diese Arbeit analysiert das Problem des Mismatch zwischen Arbeitsnachfrage und Arbeitsangebot und diskutiert wirtschaftspolitische Lösungsansätze. Das Thema ist für den deutschen Arbeitsmarkt von hoher Relevanz, denn in Deutschland gibt es trotz 3,7 Millionen arbeitsloser Erwerbspersonen mehr als 1,5 Millionen offene Stellen (Stand: Juni 2000), was die aktuelle Suche nach einigen Zehntausend Computerexperten als kaum erwähnenswert erscheinen lässt.
