Transformation der Immobilienwirtschaft – Aktueller Entwicklungsstand und Perspektiven des Strukturwandels

Abstract

Die Immobilienbranche hat die Zeichen der Zeit erkannt: Kein Branchenevent kommt mehr ohne die Berücksichtigung der wichtigen Zukunftsthemen Digitalisierung und Strukturwandel aus. Gleichzeitig wächst auch die Anzahl an dazu verfassten Studien und es besteht zunehmend die Gefahr, den Überblick für das Wesentliche zu verlieren. Das Fachgebiet Immobilienwirtschaft und Baubetriebswirtschaftslehre der TU Darmstadt und die Helaba-Tochter OFB Projektentwicklung haben es sich deshalb im Rahmen eines umfangreichen empirischen Forschungsprojekts zum Ziel gesetzt, die relevanten Treiber des Strukturwandels zu systematisieren und konkret den Handlungsdruck für die einzel-nen Akteure der Immobilienwirtschaft aufzuzeigen. Die Kernbotschaften der Analyse werden im folgenden Beitrag vorgestellt.
