Unternehmensspezifische Wettbewerbsvorteile aus Wachstumsstrategien durch Kooperation

Abstract

Zur Umsetzung von Wachstumsstrategien werden bestimmte Ressourcen benötigt. Nicht immer ist das Ressourcenbündel für die angestrebte Wachstumsstrategie vollständig. Kooperation stellt in diesem Zusammenhang ein Mittel dar, um diesen Ressourcenmangel zu überwinden. Um für den Kooperationspartner attraktiv zu sein, muss das Unternehmen selbst Ressourcen mit in die Kooperation einbringen. In dieser Arbeit wird Kooperationsmechanismus entwickelt, bei dem der Ressourcenfluss nur in eine Richtung stattfindet und dennoch beide Partner von der Kooperation profitieren. Hierzu werden die Kriterien entwickelt, die für diese Ressourcen und den Fit dieser Ressourcen zum Ressourcenbündel und zur Wachstumsstrategie gelten müssen. Hierdurch werden das Verständnis von Kooperation und die ressourcenorientierte Forschung erweitert.
