Abstract

Au lendemain des élections législatives du 10 juin, le débat institutionnel va refaire surface en Belgique et Bruxelles y occupera une place centrale. Si le refinancement structurel souhaitable de Bruxelles est à payer au prix de lourdes concessions politiques, il faut lui préférer une révision à la marge du financement associée à une meilleure gestion de la Région.
