Abstract

En Belgique, il y a à présent une large prise de conscience que le niveau du coût du travail est un déterminant majeur du niveau de l’emploi, en particulier au bas de l’échelle des qualifications. Compte tenu des effets des politiques en place, quelle politique volontariste devrait-on développer pour cette population ?
