Financement des pensions et taux d'activité des travailleurs âgés : une proposition alternative

Abstract

Cotisation sociale généralisée et modification dans le mode de calcul des pensions sont deux moyens souvent évoqués pour faire face au vieillissement de la population. Nous proposons alternativement de réduire l’impôt direct sur les travailleurs de plus de 58 ans et montrons que cette mesure domine largement les deux autres, au niveau de la croissance, du bien-être, et même du financement de la sécurité sociale.
