Rémunération des directeurs généraux : le cas de la Belgique

Abstract

Le but de cet article est d’étudier le mode de rémunération des dirigeants en vigueur dans 195 sociétés opérant en Belgique en janvier 1979. L’échantillon qui a servi de base à nos recherches provient d’une banque de données du Management Center Europe établie au moyen de questionnaires envoyés aux entreprises. Il est constitué d’entreprises de taille diverse appartenant à un large éventail de secteurs d’activité.
