Abstract

Pour pouvoir porter un jugement valable sur la politique économique actuellement poursuivie en Belgique, il faut bien sûr avoir tout d’abord clairement à l’esprit l’ampleur des problèmes auxquels nous sommes confrontés. Ensuite, il faut établir clairement le diagnostic de la maladie avant de parler de remèdes. Je le ferai en trois étapes et je vous parlerai d’abord du contexte international avant de me pencher plus spécifiquement sur le problème économique belge et d’en analyser le causes et les remèdes.
