Abstract

Cette note propose une généralisation de travaux récents de J. Cartelier, présentant un modèle macroéconomique de déséquilibre qui échappe aux paradoxes de l'équilibre général. La monnaie est en effet présente dans les échanges et le déroulement des transactions informe les agents de la nature du déséquilibre, modifie leur comportement et détermine le chemin de l'économie. Il en résulte une dynamique nécessairement complexe qui repose sur une succession de régime de déséquilibre. Rien n'assure la convergence de l'économie vers l'équilibre‚ et celui-ci par rapport à l'équilibre de court terme, indique néanmoins qu'un comportement cyclique de l'économie (c'est-à-dire une alternance des régimes de déséquilibre) engendre nécessairement la convergence.
