Evaluación de la desaceleración del IPC en 1994

Abstract

Esta nota es una versión ampliada del artículo aparecido en EL PAIS el día 16 de septiembre de 1994. En el artículo se analizan los incrementos registrados en agosto en los diferentes componentes del IPC. Se comenta en particular cómo se deben asignar en los crecimientos mensuales del IPC las subidas anuales de precios administrados como las tarifas telefónicas. Se realizan predicciones para 1994 y 1995, cuadro 2. Se comenta que el IPC se viene desacelerando y se analizan las perspectivas que pueden llevar a que el crecimiento acumulado del IPC en 1995 se sitúe alrededor del 3,5 % .
