Buscando (tipos de consumidores)desesperadamente

Abstract

En este trabajo mostramos cómo la existencia de mínimos de facturación inducen a algunos agentes a "camuflarse", y, en consecuencia, la observación de consumos no coincide con la deı "tipos" de consumidores. Proporcionamos un método que permite estimar la verdadera distribución de "tipos" a partir de los datos inducidos por una tarifa que lleva a que distintos tipos de agentes adopten un comportamiento similar. Ello nos permitira estimar la cantidad deı consumidores que se camuflan en cada tramo y mostrar como la introducción de una tarifa en dos partes permite incrementar el bienestar del 65.65% de los consumidores, a pesar de mantener constantes los niveles de ingresos de la empresa y el nivel agregado de consumo actual.
