Análisis coyuntural de los precios al consumo en las comunidades autonomas españolas: aplicación a Castilla-León

Abstract

En este trabajo se presenta una propuesta de análisis de evolución de los precios al consumo en el ámbito de las Comunidades Autónomas, utilizando a modo de ilustración los datos de Castilla-León. Esta propuesta se apoya en una metodología que se ha mostrado útil para el análisis y seguimiento de la coyuntura de diversos indicadores de la economía española -ver Espasa (1990)-, y consiste en analizar los precios con un pequeño nivel de desagregación, formular modelos de predicción para cada uno de esos componentes y medir la tasa de inflación subyacente a partir de una tasa anual centrada del índice global de precios.
