¿Cómo valorar el impacto financiero de las intervenciones de recursos humanos? Modelos de análisis de utilidad

Abstract

En este trabajo se presenta una técnica para determinar el impacto económico de programas de gestión de recursos humanos. La técnica se conoce con el nombre de análisis de utilidad. Tras explicar los distintos modelos de análisis de utilidad, se ilustra su aplicación en el contexto de uno de los procesos más importantes de recursos humanos: la selección de personal. Finalmente se muestra como los modelos presentados son extensibles a otros tipos de intervenciones de recursos humanos como formación, evaluación del rendimiento, etc..
