La orientación a largo plazo en las relaciones socio – cooperativa: Análisis preliminar del sector agroalimentario de Aragón (España)

Abstract

El ordenamiento jurídico español considera a las empresas cooperativas entidades sin ánimo de lucro, estableciendo su objetivo en la satisfacción y servicio a los socios cooperativistas. Así, las cooperativas agroalimentarias se enfrentan a importantes retos: ofrecer servicios empresariales que satisfagan a sus socios en un contexto caracterizado por un incremento de competencia y por un cambio en los hábitos de consumo de la sociedad. Este trabajo, tomando como referencia el sector aragonés, pone de manifiesto cuáles son los factores que determinan la pertenencia y orientación a largo plazo de las relaciones socio-cooperativa.
