Abstract

Plusieurs articles de presse ont récemment mobilisé l’étude d’une équipe de chercheurs, pour avancer le chiffre de 250 000 micro-travailleurs réalisant des tâches sur les plateformes numériques en France. À la lecture de cette étude et d’après notre propre enquête, ce chiffre paraît exagérer l’ampleur du phénomène. Il nous semble important de revenir dessus pour éviter qu’il ne nuise à la compréhension du problème et à sa bonne prise en charge par les pouvoirs publics.
