Abstract

Depuis l’expansion massive de cette pratique, l’emploi du temps des hommes et des femmes qui télétravaillent s’est modifié : les femmes consacrent moins de temps qu’avant la pandémie aux tâches domestiques et davantage au travail rémunéré, tandis que les hommes augmentent légèrement leur participation aux tâches ménagères. Ainsi, malgré les craintes d’un renforcement de la division traditionnelle des tâches au sein des couples, le télétravail semble au contraire l’affaiblir, transformant potentiellement le foyer en un espace moins spécialisé où les hommes et les femmes peuvent combiner travail rémunéré et responsabilités domestiques.
