Abstract

Comment ont évolué les conditions de vie au travail en France, depuis le début de la grande récession, en 2008 ? Dans cette radiographie, nous utilisons l’enquête SRCV, disponible annuellement entre 2008 et 2014, pour étudier la vie au travail telle que la ressentent les Français, ainsi que son évolution générale ces dernières années. Nous utilisons également la base de données EU-SILC de 2013, pour comparer la satisfaction vis-à-vis de l’emploi en France à celle des autres pays Européens. Le tableau qui se dégage est celui d’une France dans la moyenne européenne du point de vue de la satisfaction au travail, mais plus proche du niveau des pays d’Europe du Sud (plus faible) que des pays d’Europe du Nord (niveau de satisfaction plus élevé). La satisfaction au travail, dans ses multiples composantes, s’est dégradée depuis la crise de 2008.
