Desarrollo rural: recomendaciones para el nuevo gobierno 2018-2022

Abstract

Este documento presenta un breve diagnóstico de la situación rural en Colombia, su estado actual en el marco de los acuerdos de paz y elabora recomendaciones de política pública que recogen los aspectos más importantes a tener en cuenta para la política de acceso a la tierra en Colombia. El breve diagnóstico se concentra en el acceso a la tierra, la concentración de la propiedad, la informalidad de los derechos de propiedad y las condiciones de la población rural en Colombia. Toda vez que por mandato constitucional la reforma rural integral del primer punto del Acuerdo del Teatro Colón forma parte de los compromisos del Estado en los próximos doce anos, también presentamos un breve recuento de su contenido y retos institucionales para su implementación. El documento finaliza con recomendaciones de política pública para el nuevo gobierno 2018-2022.
