Planes de recuperación y resolución: características y experiencia

Abstract

El objetivo de este documento es presentar las características de los Planes de Resolución y Recuperación de establecimientos de crédito, herramienta propuesta por el Financial Stability Board. Para tal fin, el documento presenta una revisión de literatura sobre los aspectos esenciales de estos, las políticas deseables para su implementación, algunos casos de estudio en países que ya han incorporado esta herramienta, y las implicaciones de política que permitan la adopción de los mencionados planes en Colombia.
